3599628 - Bank Control Key Empty for Colombia - Workforce integration between SAP SF and SAP S/4 HANA using Master Data Integration

When using MDI business scenario Workforce integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4 HANA, the Bank Control Key field is not getting replicated under payment details despite the replication being successful.

1. Use SAP Master Data Integration for Workforce integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public.
2. Check the Bank details data of Business Partner when the bank data is replicated from SAP SuccessFactors to Master Data Integration for payment details.
3. Observe that the Bank Control Key is not populated/updated.

Expected behavior.

Bank Control Key is mapped for the countries that were specified by globalization team. For Colombia, Bank Control Key is not mapped by design. This field also does not exist in SF in MDF object definition PaymentInformationDetailV3COL.

In case a custom field has been created in SF to hold the Bank Control Key data, currently, it is not possible to map/send custom fields for payment details to MDI.
