3599657 - RemoteException Occurs While Rescheduling Interview Slots in Interview Scheduling - Recruiting Management

• An error occurs when trying to reschedule an already booked interview for multiple candidates in Interview Scheduling.
• The error message displayed is " RemoteException occured while Reschedule Interview".
• This issue arises when replacing the old slots with new ones.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting>Interview Scheduling.
2. Search for the desired Job requisition.
3. Click on 'interview not started' (this must have at least 2 candidates).
4. Fill in the details.
5. Add interviewer and find availability to select 2 slots for interview and Submit.
6. Candidates confirm the time using the candidate portal and the interview status is booked.
7. The recruiter tries to reschedule the interview by adding a few more slots.
8. Click 'Add' to add the new additional time slots OR 'Replace' to replace the old time slots.
9. The error occurs.

This is a known issue.

This fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release (2511).
