3599766 - Behaviour of Application Date when candidate is forwarded to default status

A non applicant candidate forwarded to Job Requisition as a Late Stage candidate has their application date already updated, even though they have not applied.

1. Forward a candidate to a requisition to default status.

This is deemed an expected behaviour.

At the point the candidate is moved to the default status for the first time, regardless if forwarded to the requisition, the system will set the date of this status change as the application date.
