Symptom

  • Error: 'The Product key is not valid: INS00140'  when installing Crystal Reports, after the latest update of MS Windows 11
  • Can successfully install Crystal Reports on other computers.
  • Crystal Reports fails to start. When clicking on the icon, nothing happens.
