3599783 - Unable to Save Custom Filter View for Onboarding Dshboard - Onboarding

• The system prompts "Your customized view 'XXX' is successfully saved" after clicking the "Save as" button
• Despite following the required steps and granting permissions in guide, the custom filter view is not saved.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to the Onboarding Dashboard.
2. Click "Adapt Filters" and make changes.
3. Click "Save as" to save the custom filter view.
4. The system prompts "Your customized view 'XXX' is successfully saved".

The issue arises due to the lack of the target populations for permission role.

In addition to the permissions mentioned in the guide(Permissions for the Onboarding Dashboard), it is also necessary to ensure that the following permissions are granted to the permission roles:

• Onboarding or Offboarding Permissions > Show Enhanced Filters on the Dashboard
• Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions:

  • User Extended Info > Grant all permissions

  • ONB2DashboardFilter > View and Edit
• Employee Data > Status
• It's mandatory to include the target population of the filter owner (i.e. the person who created the filter). In other words, the permission role should contain self target population.
