3599833 - LDAP XML messages are not reprocessed by Batch Jobs

Symptom

  • Scenario 1 - FEH is not configured:
    • There are failed LDAP XML messages with status “Application Error” in transaction SRT_MONI. When executing report /SAPPO/RESUBMIT_ORDERS_2, these XML messages are not reprocessed.
  • Scenario 2 - FEH is configured:
    • There are failed LDAP XML messages with status “Transferred_to_Ext_App” in transaction SRT_MONI. When executing report SRT_UTIL_RESTART, these XML messages are not reprocessed.
