Symptom

When accessing Configure Latest People Profile, Spotlight is producing error "Looks like something went wrong, Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator. Error Code: unknown" Error occurred while fetching the spotlight widgets.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure Latest People Profile
  2. Click Spotlight
  3. Error will appear

Cause

Missing table/view MS_UIC_TENANT_CONFIG in schema.

Resolution

Open a case to the support team so that an engineering ticket can be raised to create the DB schema of the instance
