Symptom
As an end user, not administrator, the Learning Plan report (PDF/HTML) displays less data than when running the Learning Plan CSV version of the report.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to My Learning> Activities menu > Reports > Learning Plan > Learning Plan for HTML/PDF version and Learning Plan (CSV) for CSV version.
- Run the report with the same filter settings for both versions.
- Compare the total entities in both versions of the report.
Cause
The cause of the issue is that the non-CSV version of the report has a hard-coded filter to only bring back active items. This filter is not present in the CSV version of the report, which results in the CSV version showing more data, including inactive items.
Resolution
This is expected behavior of the reports. If this is an issue, a custom report can be created to replace the other version of the report as to keep the data consistent. Please see KBA 2379690 - Custom Report Development and Support, for information on custom reports.
