3599930 - Achievements archived after saving Meeting to Meeting History still show in Current Meeting and are even editable before 1 H 2025 Release

• Archived achievements in Continuous Performance Management are editable after saving meeting to Meeting History in b2411 release.
• The issue is observed in the PROD which has not yet been updated with the 1H 2025 release.
• The Archived achievements show in Current Meeting activity list.

 SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Archive an achievement in Continuous Performance Management.
2. Attempt to edit the archived achievement from the Achievement Page.
3. Before 1H 2025 Release this should not be possible but that is not the case. The archived achievement is still editable.
4. Another point that can be noticed is that, the archived achievement is added in the Current Meeting as well.

The issue occurs because "Clear after Capture meeting" is not selected in Continuous Performance Management for the "Completed" status. As a result, the achievement is carried forward to the current meeting, making it editable.

In the 2505 release, this behavior is set to change. Achievements will still be editable even after the meeting is archived as mentioned in below documentation.

But if you would not like the archived achievements to be added to the Current meeting, please enable "Clear after Capture meeting" is not selected in Continuous Performance Management for the "completed" status
