3599983 - Error CoCode &1: Creation and settlement of independent asset is not supported FAA_POST895

When trying to create AuC in Manage Fixed Assets App the error is raised:

CoCode &1: Creation and settlement of independent asset is not supported - FAA_POST895

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the Manage Fixed Assets App
2. Set the Company Code and Asset class
3. Attempt to create an asset

The company code has different Fiscal year variant assigned to the ledgers.

In the HelpPortal the side effects are detailed, including not supported feature where the AuC process limitation shared (scroll down to the bottom to see the Not supported functions).

With different Fiscal Year variants the generic AuC process is not supported and the only workaround is to use the WBS projects.

No other alternative can be shared or recommended.
