There is error as below while uninstalling WEBCUIF Release 747,

Performing dedicated checks and actions for add-on WEBCUIF
Plug-in class CL_WCF_UNINSTALL_PLUGIN specific for add-on was instantiated
Add-on does not provide an implementation for action "CHECK_PRECONDITIONS"
Component WEBCUIF Release 747 is prerequisite for following OCS packages:
Support Package SAPK-74701INSAPBSFND of software component SAP_BS_FND release 747
Support Package SAPK-74702INSAPBSFND of software component SAP_BS_FND release 747
