3600052 - Error when updating a Project

When trying to change the status of a Project ABC, you face an error as the system dumps.

Projects View

Search and open the project ABC

Under Project Plan tab > Gantt Chart sub-tab > Select the Header Task

Basic View > Change the Project Status to "Complete and Close"

After about 5mn, the system dumps.

The amount of expenses used in the Project is too much.

It decreases the overall performance of the Project and leads to the time out issue. 

For best performance we recommend not to go beyond 100000  Expenses per Project as using more than that may lead to error.
