In transaction BP, the following dump occurs:

    A row already exists with this key

It occurs specifically in the following statement:

    SELECT assignment_cat object_id partner standard FROM mdg_mlt_assgmnt INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE lt_id_mapping "#EC CI_NOFIELD
        WHERE assignment_cat = is_object_id-assignment_cat
        AND object_id        = is_object_id-object_id.

The same dump may also occur when executing report /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE.
