3600114 - Employer NPS deduction is generated with an erroneous amount when there is a Cross-Financial Year payroll run

Symptom

When an employee has a Cross-FY payroll run, the value of Employer NPS deduction (/3I6) is not as per expectation.  This also leads to incorrect amounts generated for /3I1 and /432, which leads to incorrect generation of income tax as well.
