Symptom

Starting SAP system fails with theseerrors on the dispatcher trace file:

*** ERROR => DpEmInit: Em2Init (1) [dpInit.c     1856]
*** ERROR => DpMemInit: DpEmInit (-1) [dpInit.c     1597]
*** DP_FATAL_ERROR => DpSapEnvInit: DpMemInit
*** DISPATCHER EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN ***
