3600178 - "No logical ports found for the given service group and provider" error in SOAMANAGER for TM-EWM integration

Symptom

  • The Transportation Unit (TU) is not being created in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) upon triggering the relevant action from Transportation Management (TM).
  • The message in TM appears successful, but the corresponding XML is not generated and thus no TU is created in EWM.
  • In SOAMANAGER health check we can see error "No logical ports found for the given service group and provider" for the integration scenario.
