3600179 - Token [[DOC_TITLE]] is working inconsistently in the Document routing notification for job requisition approvals - Recruiting management

Using the [[DOC_TITLE]] token in routing notification, as per this KBA: 2957310 , in the page: Company System and Logo Settings, if this the option is enabled : " All documents will display their form template name at the time the document was created. This option does not support translations of the document name." , so this is expected to give the token format in routing notification in - Requisition for <Internal Title> (Job Req ID), <Location> and <Hiring Manager>
However it is fetched as <Template Name> for <Internal Title>.format.

In the email Notification template settings, the Document routing notification are enabled for job requisitions>> the email notification template is Using the [[DOC_TITLE]] token in routing notification

When first option is selected under “Company system and logo settings">> Enable " All documents will display their form template name at the time the document was created. This option does not support translations of the document name."

Now, Create a job requisition >>The approval Routing notification is received>> Expect the [[DOC_TITLE]] token in routing notification as in Format: Requisition for <Internal Title> (Job Req ID), <Location> and <Hiring Manager>
However it is fetched as <Template Name> for <Internal Title>.format.

This is a known issue, currently being investigated by our Engineering team.
