Symptom

1.- Custom Logic implementation fails with error:

An internal error occured. Report an incident for BC-SRV-APS-EXT-BL.

2.- In transaction SLG1 shows one record with attributes:

External ID: <Implementation ID>:BLEB
Object text: CLG
Subobject Text: GET_IMPL_ATTRIBUTES 

3.- In SU53, for the user displayed in SLG1, there is an authorization error:

RFC Function Module    SADT_REST_RFC_ENDPOINT        4    Authorization check not successful                S_ADMI_FCD    S_ADMI_FCD    SUM
