3600289 - Payment Information Portlet Permissions – 1H2025

• After release, issues have been observed with Payment Information Permissions for employees.
• Even with the 'Insert' Permission for Payment information, employees without any existing Payment Information Record cannot see the "Add" button to add one.
• To resolve this, the "Correct" Permission was added, but this allows employees to edit existing Bank Records, which is not the desired functionality.

1. Proxy as a user who does not have an existing payment information record, and observe that they cannot Add one.

3. Proxy as a user who has an existing payment information record, and observe that they can add a new one.

This will be tentatively fixed in 2605 release.

Current workaround:

Grant 'correct' permission to affected user(s) under Miscellaneous Permissions -> Payment Information -> correct
