Reproducing the Issue
- External candidate/Onboardee logs into the system
- When trying to complete w-4 forms triggers the error which makes unable to complete the form
Cause
This is a known issue.
Resolution
Please be informed that the reported issue is addressed. Corrected bundles are updated to production instances as well.
Request you to disable and enable the 'USA State Withholding Forms' switch in the Compliance Settings page under 'United States' (OR). You need to wait till the job is scheduled to run and test for the candidate.
