3600332 - I cannot submit a response to a questionnaire because there is no field to enter information in a specified section.

While completing a questionnaire, after clicking Submit Entire Response, I see the following error message:

You need to provide an answer to Question [number], '[Question]'.

When I access the specified section, there is not a field or space for me to enter information. How can I proceed?
