3600333 - Can not filter OCN External courses by Duration in the New Learning Experience

When performing a search for "External Course" item types, it is not possible to add the "Duration" as filter.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > access Learning > make sure the 'New Learning Experience' is enabled >
2. At the Enhanced Search, perform a search >
3. Filter by Learning Type: External-Course >
4. The "Duration" field is unavailable.

The "Duration" filter option will only pull items that have the respective field populated at the "Item Details" tab, and will not pull the duration information from the "OCN Course Sessions" tab. Therefore, if the External Courses don't have the "Duration" field populated at the Item Details tab, the filter option won't be available for them, since the filters from the Enhanced Search results' page are displayed dynamically in the panel on the left. Filters display when there are matching options in the search results.

To be able to filter External Courses by duration, please populate their "Duration" at the Item Details tab as well. That way, the filter by duration option will also be available for external items.
