Symptom

Relative dates are not refreshing on Home Page Performance Review To-do cards.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Reproducing the Issue

Launch forms from a performance template.
Modify the route map that is connected to that specific performance template by checking this option: "Use relative dates for form routing"

Cause

Already launched forms can't pick up the modified data from route maps, and relative due dates can't be set on live forms.

Resolution

Forms should be launched after everything is set correctly in the route map, as modifications made in route maps won't affect live forms and relative due dates option can't be set on live forms.
