3600410 - Missing 'Go to My Delegation Page' Link in Enhanced Delegation Email Notifications

After the 1H2025 release, the "Go to my delegation page" link is not present in the email notification for Delegation Request. Enhanced Email Notifications for Delegation | SAP Help Portal

1. After a delegation request is created, accepted, rejected, expired, or canceled, delegators or delegates
2. The user will receive an email notification about the request status.
3. Upon reviewing the notifications, there's no 'Go to my delegation page' link included in the email.

The email notifications are from the Workflow Delegation process, which is not included in the PLA-49114 update. That is why the new feature doesn’t apply, and the system is working as expected. 

The PLA-49114 feature introduced in this release applies specifically to email notifications for the Performance Reviews delegation process. This enhancement originates from customer idea 335664, as outlined in the release guide Enhanced Email Notifications for Delegation | SAP Help Portal. (More information can be found by opening the idea link and reviewing the sample notification screenshot included in the guide.)

This enhancement is for this feature: Delegation for Performance Reviews | SAP Help Portal. The Delegation can delegate their performance review tasks to other people within a specified period. It also allows administrators to create delegations on behalf of managers. 

To access the Performance Reviews Delegation feature, navigate to Settings > Delegation, based on your permission settings. For more details, please refer to the Enabling Delegation guide.
