• Customer needs to know who is the creator of some specific items in their instance.
• How to fetch this info?

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1) Learning Administration > Item Summary Data Audit Report (CSV)

2) Filter the item ID > Run the report

3) Check the report file and find "Action: insert" > This is the creation record of the item

4) Check the "Last Updated By" field of the record > This is the admin account who created the item
