How can the customer identify who created specific items in their instance?

To identify the creator of a specific item in the instance, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > Item Summary Data Audit Report (CSV).
2. Filter by the Item ID, then run the report.
3. Open the generated report file and locate the entry with Action: insert — this represents the creation record of the item.
4. Check the Last Updated By field of that record — this value indicates the admin account that created the item.
