Running sap_teardown on primary RMA, but it failed due to following error which can be seen in standby RMA log,

Due to this error, sap_teardown fails, since primary ASE has been deactivated, but fails to demote, and HADR can not be disabled now, so it causes primary ASE unaccessible unless re-activating primary ASE manually again.
