3600710 - Certificates that are required for TIS integration with Business ByDesign

This KBA explains how to upload the latest certificate from Treasury Intelligence Solutions (TIS) to SAP Business ByDesign system. 

When you try to Send a Payment Batch or Request Bank Statements you may receive the error 'Please try resuming your work. If you still face issues, report a case.' 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Liquidity Management work center.
2. Navigate to the Payment Batches view.
3. Select the Payment Batch with Ready for Transfer status.
4. Click the settings icon and select Send Batch.
5. Error message is displayed:

'Please try resuming your work. If you still face issues, report a case.' 

TIS certificate from TIS Server is not updated in the trusted list in the ByD system or the updated certificate is not the latest one.

1. Log into your TIS system.
2. Go to Customer Support portal.
3. Go to Downloads.
4. Go to SAP Downloads.
5. Search and find "zerossl_chain.cer"
6. Download this file
   
   
7. Go to SAP Business ByDesign and upload the file.
   1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
   2. Select the view Edit Certificate Trust List.
   3. Click Upload
   4. Browse and upload the certificate details that were downloaded from the TIS system in the above steps.

zerossl_chain.cer is the only certificate that needs to be uploaded to SAP Business ByDesign.
