Symptom
When searching for a sales organization or sales unit in the lead creation screen in the server side outlook integration pane, it is possible to see the following message:

Reproducing the Issue
- Open SCC add-in.
- Try to search for a sales organization or sales unit in the lead creation screen.
Resolution
In such scenarios, logs usually indicate that the error is related to access: "Not Authorized: Check Authorization Restriction for the User".
In this case, a change in access set may be required.
Obs.: If a business role is assigned to a user, the user's access rights were saved, the access rights in the business role overwrite any access rights that it was previously given to the user manually.
If it is necessary to keep the user's current access rights, it is possible to either work without business roles or update the business roles with the missing access rights. Complete content on the topic, as reference: Assign Business Users to Business Roles
Also, having multiple roles can be trick because of overlapping access, so this is why it is required to make changes for all the roles which user posses.
Please proceed with the adjustment to all roles which user posses and then check how system responds. To do it is necessary:
- Go to Business role affected.
- Click to edit its access.
- Access tab "Work center and View Assignments".
- Allow access to "Organizational Management".
- Also make sure that there are no restrictions in that way under "Access Restrictions" tab.
