Symptom

  • Duplicate account numbers are being assigned in IT0009 when updating the Infotype 0009 for a personnel number in PA30.
  • The system is not checking if the same account number is already in the database for another employee.
  • This duplication could potentially result in multiple salary payments to a single employee.
