3600918 - Serial Number Not Displayed in PRT's in SAP Service and Asset Manager application

Symptom

  • When adding a PRT to an operation in SSAM, the serial number is correctly pulled through during the addition and is also displayed in the backend system on the operation detail after it has been added.
  • However, when trying to display the PRT within SSAM at a later stage, the serial number is not visible.
