3600941 - Feasibility of Maintaining Over 1,000 Entries in the KUT Field

Is there a possibility to maintain more than 1000 entries in the KUT field?

This is the current system design behavior, user can only see 300 list values in field definition screen including for all languages. Note that you can add only upload 1000 values per language.

Please note:

1. For all the values which are uploaded, they can show up when you select list field in any of application screens.
2. If field values are maintained in two languages e.g. "EN" & "DE", then only 150 values are shown in the screen. Likewise, if four languages are maintained, then only 75 values are shown in the screen.

Also notice:

1. At any point, only 1000 code values are allowed. If a key user try to upload more than 1000 code values, then an error is thrown saying “Upload failed; the code list value has exceeded 1000 entries”.
2. Also field definition can hold maximum 300 code values and more than that the code values will not be visible in field definition, instead can be seen on the downloaded .csv file.
