Symptom
User gets the following error when accessing "Groupware Settings": "The UserEmail field is required. You do not have access rights for UI application".
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the system
- Open E-mail Integration Work center.
- Try to access Groupware Settings view.
Resolution
Only Key users can be automatically provisioned in the tenant when accessing Groupware. If affected users are not Key users, the behavior experienced is expected.
For all other users, they need to be provisioned manually in the tenant or through auto provisioning, if configured in the tenant.
