3600968 - Intercompany Billing Error for Customer Return with Replacement Scenario in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The error message "Document xxxxxxxx, Item xxx: Cannot bill item category CBXN in SD documents of type LF using billing type IV" is displayed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition 

The CBXN is not available in the Copying Control LF > IV and, at this moment, we cannot modify the copying controls.

1. Currently, there is no available process for intercompany replacement in the 5D2 scope item.
2. For the replacement scenario, it is suggested to check if a replacement (single product with existing stock) in BKP for one entity can be done or close the refund in returns process, to trigger a pure new CBFD process.
