3600996 - Token <&SCHD-CONTACT-EMAIL> (Schedule Contact Email) doesn't get populated with the class's Contact email

When the token "<&SCHD-CONTACT-EMAIL>" gets added to a notification template (for example, SystemEnrollmentNotification), the notification received by the users is populated with the global 'Application Notification Admin Email', instead of the email address from the user defined at the class's Contact tab.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Classes >
2. Create a new class or search for the required class >
3. At the class's record > Contacts tab, define the required user and/or instructor as Contact >
4. At System Administration > Manage Emails > Email Notification Templates > search for the required template and open it in the edit mode >
5. Add the "<&SCHD-CONTACT-EMAIL>" token (i.e., "Schedule Contact Email") > save the changes >
6. Trigger the notification to be sent to the users >
7. The users receive the notification, however the value populated for the token "<&SCHD-CONTACT-EMAIL>" is the 'Application Notification Admin Email', instead of the email address of the Contact configured in the #3 above.

As per Product Management confirmation, the token "<&SCHD-CONTACT-EMAIL>" will be populated with the 'Application Notification Admin Email' when the setting "Always use Application Admin's email address as the From address on Vcalendar attachments" is enabled at Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail tab.

To make the class's Contact email address be populated at the notification, navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail tab > uncheck the setting "Always use Application Admin's email address as the From address on Vcalendar attachments" > click on 'Apply Changes'.
