3600997 - Error during manual post-implementation activity of note 3556404

When performing the manual post-implementation steps for SAP Note 3556404 – Tax Reform: Inclusion of the CBS and IBS Taxes in the RVABRA Tax Procedure, the following error occurs:

"Message number S_CUS_IMG_ACTIVITY253 Compare flag of view cluster VVC_T682_VA does not match the subobjects."

The issue occurs during the activation of one of the following BC Set files after uploading it via Transaction SCPR20:
