Symptom
Visit created by customer via outlook add-in is not showing in C4C Calendar.
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- Client Side Integration for Outlook
Reproducing the Issue
- User created a visit in outlook add-in.
- Checks calendar in C4C and notices that it is not there.
Resolution
While creating a visit instead of appointment, there is a problem, this is caused because visit is not supported.
After creating an appointment, it is getting replicated to C4C.
