3601068 - Employment Differentiator is not updated to Spotlight view

Symptom

Employment Differentiator is not updated to Spotlight view once we changed the format for Employment Differentiator object.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Data> Choose Employment Differentiator>Change the format.
  2. Go back to People Profile and observed format has been changed to people profile header, but not synced to Spotlight.

Cause

Refresh Assignment Header job is not triggered properly.

Resolution

You have to trigger Refresh Assignment Header under Company System and Logo Settings whenever there is a change to Employment Differentiator object.

Also, please make sure make sure you have the standard element "assignmentDisplayHeader" configured in data model and granted the users with permissions.
