3601213 - Compensation Information label not showing correctly in view history in the Latest People Profile- 1H 2025

Symptom

  •  The label  "Compensation Information" is missing when users navigates to  "Compensation Information" -> Click "View All" -> Click "History" button.

  • It should be showing as “Compensation Information: user first name user last name”, however the “Compensation Information” section of the label is not showing

  • If user navigates to Compensation > Compensation Information > view history. The label is showing correctly. Issue only persists when user navigates to "view all" then proceed to view history.

 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Compensation portlet for any user 
  2. Proceed to "Compensation Information"
  3. Click "View All"
  4. Click "History" button
  5. See label is missing

Resolution

The issue will be fixed via patch on 20th May 2025.
