The business partner replication in SAP_COM_0025 is now considered deprecated.

Communication User must be assigned SAP_COM_CSR_0008 Business Partner, Customer and Supplier Integration role. This role can be assigned by assigning communication arrangement SAP_COM_0008 to the communication user used to replicate.

Therefore, kindly configure SAP_COM_0008 and use this for BP replication instead of SAP_COM_0025.
