3601452 - Planned cost of internal activity(YB1) in maintenance order is 0 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Activity type and duration/work hours are added to maintenance order's operation, but planned cost of internal activity(YB1) is still 0.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a maintenance order.
2. Add the activity type and work/duration hours to the maintenance order's operation.
3. Select Additional Functions -> Determine Costs.
4. Select Costs tab, see planned cost of internal activity(YB1) is 0.

Ths issue is caused by missing/incorrect formula in work center, so the system cannot calculate the planned cost of activity.

• Enter app "Change Work Center" and select Costing tab, assign Formula Key YBPM01 to work center. Formula Key YBPM01 is using Formula SAP_07(Work) which will take 'Work' during calculation;
• If need to calculate 'Duration', then Formula Key SAP004 which using Formula SAP_10(Duration) can be assigned to work center.
