3601467 - "Looks like something went wrong" error in 'National ID Information' Latest People Profile-H1 2025

The 'National ID Information' card is not visible in the Latest People Profile for several employees in the Preview environment. The error message "Looks like something went wrong" is displayed. This prevents the customer from enabling the Latest People Profile for their users.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Search for an affected user.

2. Navigate to Personal Data.

3. Observe that the National ID Information card is not displayed.

4. An error message appears:
   "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator."

• SAP Engineering team have identified this as an issue related to the  H1 2025 release.
• Record is not returned when created by and last modified by user is in soft purge status.

• The issue has been resolved with a code fix.
• A patch is tentatively planned for delivery during patch cycle 2505p4 which is applied on 13 May 2025 for preview instances.
• Please monitor this KBA for confirmation of patch delivery date.
