3601471 - User attributes are not synchronized in Cloud ALM logon via custom IdP

Symptom

  • Users are seeing that their names incorrectly displayed as 'undefined undefined' in Cloud ALM
  • Can user populate (and update automatically) the attributes like name, family name, email etc. in the CALM by using the already available information in the SAML
