3601515 - CX - 1H 2025 - EEO Fields Displaying Codes Instead of Labels for User Selections - Recruiting Management

When job applicants fill out Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) fields related to race and ethnicity, their selected answers are not showing correctly. Instead of seeing the option they picked, applicants see a code or ID.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access the careers site
2. Select a job to apply
3. Navigate to the EEO Field
4. Choose an option among the provided related fields
5. Save
6. Click on "show" next to the selected field to reveal the user's choice.
7. Note that instead of the label, the system displays a code or ID

The issue is currently being investigated by SAP Software Engineering team.

Currently, there's no workaround.
