Symptom
To define the Bank Account in the Sales Order for Switzerland, you are using the ManageSalesOrderIn web service to create Sales Orders. However, while the Sales Order can be created, the Bank Account cannot be updated as expected.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
Use the web service ManageSalesOrderIn to create the Sales Order, the below data has been included in the XML:
<HouseBankAccountKey>
<InternalID>XXXXX</InternalID>
<HouseBankAccountKey>
But the Bank Account can't be updated as expected in the created Sales Order.
Resolution
Unfortunately, the bank account cannot be transferred through the webservice due to a system limitation. As a solution, you will need to manually choose the bank account through the UI after the sales order is created via webservice. This is a current system limitation.
