3601531 - Fiori Launchpad is not using Client Configuration After Applying Support Packs

Symptom

  • After applying support packs, Fiori Launchpad configuration parameters defined via /UI2/FLP_CUS_CONF are being ignored.
  • The configurations being ignored include HOMEPAGE_GROUPSELECTIONBAR_MODE, SEARCH, USERSETTINGS_GROUPSELECTIONBAR, and USERSETTINGS_SET_THEME among other.
  • The issue persists despite clearing server, client, and browser caches.
