3601585 - Subcontracting Cockpit App Allows Multiple Deliveries for Same Purchase Order

• In the subcontracting process, multiple deliveries can be created for the same Purchase Order (PO) using the "Subcontracting Cockpit" App.
• No message or information is displayed to indicate that a Delivery Note (DN) has already been created for the PO.
• This results in the potential for duplicate DNs and stock deliveries to the subcontractor.

1. Copy an existing PO to create a new PO.
2. Use the "Subcontracting Cockpit" App to create a DN and then return to the initial screen or refresh.
3. Re-enter the "Subcontracting Cockpit" App, no information is displayed to indicate that a DN has already been created for the PO.
4. Attempt to create a DN for the same PO, the system allows it to be saved successfully.

The system does not clear the amounts that have already been posted. The stock is not purchase-order-based. Therefore, it is by design that multiple deliveries can be posted against a reference purchase order and the deliveries created are not shown on the Monitor Stock / Requirements List (MD04).

If  more deliveries are not be created against a PO  then set a delivery complete indicator in the PO after the delivery is created
then it will no longer appear for a user * create further deliveries.

What to expect in the processing is as follows:
After the goods issue of a delivery has been posted, in the subcontracting cockpit the PO will be proposes with a Qty of 0.00. (the user * add more as described above)
The finished material will show against the purchase order in the Monitor Stock / Requirements List (MD04) until the goods receipt has been posted

The individual outbound deliveries are not displayed in MD04 Stock / Requirements List
If PO should not have more than one delivery, set a delivery complete flag after a delivery has been created.
