3601598 - Unified Data Model - Search Filters for Internal Candidates - Recruiting Marketing

When Unified Data Model and Internal Career Site Powered by CSB, there is no option to select different fields on the Search Filters for Internal Candidates. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Go to Manage Career Site Builder 
2. Go to Layouts 
3. Search Results 
4. Go to Search Filters
5. Select the Search Filter Fields and Save 
6. Both the External and Internal Career site are using the same Search Filter Fields

As designed, there is no option to setup different Search Filter fields for internal candidates when Internal Career Site Powered by CSB is enabled together with Unified Data Model. Both the External and Internal Career Site will be using the same Search Filter fields. In order for the Product Management team to consider the feature to be added on Future Releases, please submit an enhancement request as documented on the KBA 2090228 - How to submit enhancement ideas for SAP SuccessFactors Products.
