3601600 - Dates in Latest Experience are changing from MM/DD/YYYY to YYYY-MM-DD

Dates in Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms are defaulting to YYYY-MM-DD instead of MM/DD/YYYY as entered in the custom sections.

This issue is occurring in Date custom field created in Custom Sections.
In Manage Template, when creating the field, and during the progress of the form, the format is presented as MM/DD/YYYY.
When the form is completed, the format is changed to YYYY-MM-DD.

In XML the value of the customer field is set as YYYY-MM-DD.
If the Latest experience of Performance Management forms is disable, the old format MM/DD/YYYY is presented in completed forms.
