3601637 - Bank branch not displayed in payment media file

The bank or bank branch is not displayed in the payment media file for payment media format EPIC_CN_INTEG_PAYMENT.

The format EPIC_CN_INTEG_PAYMENT reads the name of the Creditor Agent (CdtrAgt->Nm) from the ADRC table. Because the bank has been created a long time ago (e.g. in year 2019), the ADRC table was not correctly filled. The integration between the bank master record and ADRC table was introduced relatively recently.

Update the master record of the bank using the app Manage Banks - Master Data. Add the Country Code as well. This will generate the record into the ADRC table in the backend.
