When Send result email for Job History import and Termination Details import follow-up processing only if an error occurred option is off in Company System and Logo Settings, result email be sent regardless of whether follow-up processing is successful or not.

1. Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings, and turn off Send result email for Job History import and Termination Details import follow-up processing.
2. Result mail will be sent even when follow-up processing is successful.

When Send result email for Job History import and Termination Details import follow-up processing only if an error occurred is off, email will be sent regardless of whether follow-up processing is successful or not. When the option is on, email will only be sent when an error occurs in follow-up processing.
